Ideal for advanced systems like Control4, Josh.ai, voice control, Lutron Homeworks, Shade Integration, Screen Innovations, tunable lighting, AiSPIRE, Ketra, and more.
What to anticipate with INTEGRATED LUXURY*:
- Custom lighting, AV, or window covering shades design by an Imagine More Designer
- Call outs for additional details such as landscape outlets, soffit outlets, TV outlets, etc.
- Unlimited red line revisions until electrical prewire completion
- Fixture placement and scale suggestions
- In depth coversations and selection of recessed cans, beam angles, foot candles, etc
- In depth conversations about scale of fixtures which will be shown on plans Fixture elevations
- Review customer provided cabinet drawings
- Basic redlines to customer provided cabiet drawings
- Detailed specifications on cabinet plans with elevations
- Discuss dimming, smart home, and shade options
- Items shown in detail on electrical prints
- Cut sheets / spec sheets
- Presence at electrical walk with guidance on product and placement
- Follow up jobsite visit to confirm order quantity and selections at time of order
- Availability to be on site during install to navigate pertanant questions that may arise
- After install site visit to adjustments (beam spreads, etc)
- One year Imagine More service warranty
