Design & Installation

Orchestrating the multiple systems in this space required the comprehensive approach of our Integrated Luxury design package. Our designers worked through every detail—from fixture placement and beam angles to smart home integration and motorized shade programming—with unlimited revisions throughout the electrical prewire phase. On-site presence during electrical walks and installation, combined with follow-up visits to perfect dimming curves and lighting scenes, ensured that all these sophisticated systems work together seamlessly. The result is backed by our one-year service warranty for complete peace of mind.

Discreet Origin Acoustics ceiling speakers deliver rich, room-filling sound without compromising the clean aesthetic. Strategic recessed lighting provides ambient illumination throughout, while the statement Minka Aire fan offers both cooling comfort and visual impact against the vaulted ceiling. In the adjacent kitchen, Savoy House pendants and Sonneman fixtures add sculptural lighting layers, with Matteo sconces providing accent lighting that extends to the outdoor patio through matching Capital Lighting fixtures.

The Control4 system brings it all together—managing motorized Hunter Douglas shades that frame those stunning views, adjusting lighting scenes throughout the day, and controlling distributed audio across zones. One touch transforms the space from bright and energizing for morning coffee to softly illuminated for evening entertaining.
