Design & Installation
Through our Integrated Luxury design package, every lighting element was planned to complement the dramatic architecture while serving practical needs. Our designers specified precise placement for recessed cans along the vaulted ceiling perimeter, ensuring even illumination without competing with the rich wood tones. The Minka Aire fan was selected not just for its sleek profile but for its integrated lighting that provides ambient glow from the ceiling's peak. Detailed consultations determined optimal dimming zones and scenes—from bright family activity modes to subdued movie-watching settings—all controlled through the intuitive Control4 system. On-site coordination during installation ensured every fixture aligned perfectly with the architectural features, while follow-up visits fine-tuned beam spreads and lighting levels.
Discreet Origin Acoustics ceiling speakers deliver immersive audio throughout the space without disrupting the clean aesthetic. The Samsung 85" Frame TV integrates seamlessly into the fireplace wall, transforming from entertainment centerpiece to digital art when not in use. Control4 touch screens and keypads provide intuitive command over lighting scenes, audio zones, window treatments, and entertainment systems—making sophisticated technology feel effortless.
