Design & Installation

This project benefited from our Integrated Luxury design package, where our designers collaborated closely on fixture selection, scale considerations, and technical specifications to ensure each lighting element worked in harmony with the cabinetry and architectural features. Through detailed electrical plans, fixture elevations, and presence at critical installation milestones, we ensured that every pendant, recessed can, and tape light was positioned for optimal effect—with the confidence of our one-year service warranty backing the entire system.

The commanding Savoy House pendants anchor the expansive island, providing both task lighting and architectural drama with their gold-framed silhouettes. Recessed cans offer even ambient illumination across the space, while discreet tape lighting beneath upper cabinets adds a soft glow that highlights the textured stone backsplash. Wall sconces flanking the windows provide balanced accent lighting, creating visual symmetry and warmth during evening hours.

Integrated ceiling speakers deliver seamless whole-home audio without compromising the clean aesthetic, while motorized Hunter Douglas window treatments offer effortless control over natural light and privacy. The result is a kitchen that feels equally at home hosting casual family breakfasts and elegant dinner parties—a true gathering space designed for modern living.
