While Kayla is not new to lighting, she is eager to expand her knowledge in the lighting industry. Kayla's love for interior design started with a background in cabinetry. Through her experience with cabinetry she developed into a kitchen and bath designer. There, she was introduced to lighting design and that's where she caught the lighting bug.

Kayla has been a creative artist all her life, so interior design came naturally. She holds an Associates of Science, is National Kitchen and Bath Association trained, and is an American Lighting Association Professional. She has hopes to continue to add to these accreditations through the lighting industry.
